Description
Mitochondrial fusion promoter M1 is a mitochondrial dynamic modulator that increases the expression of , a mitochondrial outer membrane fusion protein, reduces brain mitochondrial dysfunction. Mitochondrial fusion promoter M1 alleviates brain damage in rats with cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury.
In vitro
Mitochondrial Fusion Promoter M1 prevents the cholesterol mediated blunting of cellular respiration and potentiates Glucose stimulated insulin secretion which is abolished in pancreatic beta cells on cholesterol accumulation.
