Description

SIS3 is a cell-permeable inhibitor of Smad3 that selectively inhibits TGF-β1-dependent phosphorylation and -mediated cellular signaling. SIS3 reduces TGF-β1-induced expression and differentiation in normal dermal fibroblasts as well as scleroderma fibroblasts.
