Description

Balsalazide Disodium is the disodium salt form of balsalazide, an aminosalicylate and oral prodrug that is enzymatically cleaved in the colon to produce the anti-inflammatory agent mesalazine. Balsalazide Disodium suppress colitis-associated carcinogenesis through modulation of pathway.
