Description
Chlorpromazine (CPZ) is a low-potency typical antipsychotic agent that is used to treat psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. Chlorpromazine (CPZ) inhibits and in vitro. Chlorpromazine (CPZ) also inhibits and blocks HERG with IC50 of 21.6 μM.
In vitro
Chlorpromazine exerts a mild decrease in sEV uptake in only one MM cell line, indicating that the uptake of BMSC-derived sEVs by suspension MM cells may not rely on chlorpromazine-targeted receptors.
