Description
4-Octyl Itaconate activates signaling to inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in human macrophages and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patient-derived PBMCs.
In vitro
4-Octyl Itaconate effectively prevents NP cells from degeneration through anti-ROS and anti-inflammation, and the combined use with tBHQ has better effects.
