Description

Tenofovir Disoproxil (Bis(POC)-PMPA, GS 4331) is a prodrug of tenofovir, which is metabolised intracellularly to its active anabolite tenofovir diphosphate, a competitive inhibitor of and terminates the growing DNA chain.
