Description
AZD2098 is a potent and bioavailable antagonist with pIC50 of 7.8.
In vitro
AZD2098 demonstrates good selectivity for the CCR4 receptor when screened in-house against a range of other chemokine receptors (CXCR1 and CXCR2, CCR1, CCR2b, CCR5, CCR7, and CCR8; all inactive at 10 μM) and little or no activity when screened against a large panel of receptors and enzymes.
