Description
MSAB is a selective inhibitor of signaling that binds to β-catenin, promoting its degradation, and specifically downregulates Wnt/β-catenin target genes. MSAB shows potent anti-tumor effects.

In vitro
MSAB impedes RAW264.7 cells and human PMBCs differentiating into OCs. MSAB decreases the expression of β‐catenin in RAW264.7 and ARP1 WT cells.
