Description

ZL0420 is a potent and selective inhibitor with IC50 values of 27 nM against BRD4 BD1 and 32 nM against BRD4 BD2 respectively and good selectivity over that of the related BRD2 homolog.

In vitro

ZL0420 has a relatively high clearance and low exposures with oral bioavailability not favorable in vivo. Intravenous administration of ZL0420 gives an excellent drug exposure (high AUC value) and moderate half-life.
