Description

ARP 100 (MMP-2 Inhibitor III, Compound 10a) is a potent and selective inhibitor of with an IC50 of 12 nM and displays less inhibitory activity at MMP-9, MMP-3, MMP-1 and MMP-7 with IC50s of 200 nM, 4500 nM, >50,000 nM and >50,000 nM respectively.
